Solid stay near the promenade

good location various choices friendly staff

The hotel location provides easy access to many attractions. Breakfast includes various choices. I appreciated the clean and spacious room, it was a Twin Room. The staff demonstrated friendliness.

The lift usage was slow, it only accommodated two guests. This created a delay. There were also steps to reach different areas of the hotel. These issues made the hotel less accessible for mobility-impaired people.

Rooms

8/10

The twin room included comfortable beds. Cleanliness was apparent. A large window allowed sufficient natural light during the day, but the decor look old.

Service

9/10

Staff at the front desk provide immediate attention. They resolved any problems. Restaurant service was quick. I did not face any issues.
